Jean Faulk Arnold, age 95, of Beacon Hill, Florida passed from this life to her heavenly home on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. She was born in Geneva, Alabama on June 22,1928. After moving to Pensacola, Florida in 1941, Jean trained to become a machinist in the early part of World War II. She completed many jobs for the US Navy. Jean moved with her family to Beacon Hill in 1956. She became a dental assistant in Dr. Robert King’s office in Port St Joe. She also volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician in Gulf County. In 1964, Jean received her real estate license and soon became a broker as well as a licensed general contractor. Jean developed land; subdivisions and several townhouses and other apartment buildings on the gulf front and other areas in Gulf County. Jean invested and worked all of her life brokering and managing rental properties.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse T. and Lonnie E. Faulk; husband, Lucien T. Arnold and 12 brothers and sisters.

Jean is survived by three children, John F. Arnold (Kathy) of Beacon Hill, Florida; Lucia E. Delphinus of Tallahassee, Florida and Richard P. Arnold (Shelia) of Ocala, Florida; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Memorialization will be by cremation. Celebration of her life will be a private family service.
