Boston butts go on sale for Easter egg hunt

Spring is in the air, and the GFWC Wewahitchka Woman’s Club is thrilled to invite the community to a festive and fun-filled event, the Big Top Bunny Hop Easter Egg Gathering.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 12 and bring the whole family to Lake Alice from 9:30 a.m. CT to noon for a morning packed with excitement.

This free community event promises fun for all ages, with plenty of Easter eggs to gather, popcorn and cotton candy, exciting games, and amazing prizes. And of course, the Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance, so don’t forget your cameras for pictures.

To help fund this incredible event, the Wewahitchka Woman’s Club is selling smoked Boston butts for pre-order. Each delicious, slow-smoked cut of meat will be available for pick-up at Lake Alice during the Bunny Hop. Orders must be placed by April 4.

To place your order or if you’re interested in participating in the event, contact LeAnne Coulter at 850-688-5546 or reach out to any Wewahitchka Woman’s Club member.

We love giving back to our community and can’t wait to celebrate the joy of Easter with you, so hop on over to Lake Alice on April 12 for a morning of fun, laughter, and Easter cheer!
