It will be ‘chili’ on island Saturday

The annual St. George Island Chili Cook Off, a family-friendly 3-day event, begins at 8 a.m. Saturday with the 5K Red Pepper Run on the island. A fundraising event for the St. George Island Volunteer Fire Department, the cook-off includes regional competition, an island-wide ‘Chili Crawl, a silent online auction, numerous food options, and an afternoon of family-friendly musical entertainment. Breeze by the Bay

Junior Service League of Port St. Joe, invites members of the community to walk or run either a 5k or 10k along beautiful Windmark Beach in Port St. Joe as part of their annual Breeze by the Bay race on March 4 at 8:30 a.m. EST

Free concert and art event

The Joe Center for the Arts will be hosting a benefit night on March 3.

A limited number of invited artists will create original works of art onsite, inspired by the music of three award winning and Grammy nominated Nashville singer/songwriters at this live concert event.
