Mardi Gras celebration to liven Reid Avenue Tuesday

The Forgotten Krewe’s annual Fat Tuesday parade and celebration will be hosted on Tuesday, Feb. 21, beginning at 5 p.m. EST on Reid Avenue.
The parade will start at the south end of Reid, turn left at CVS, cross 98, and end up at the Haughty Heron.
There is no sign up required to participate, and anyone is welcome to line up for the parade at 4:30 on Williams Avenue.
Parade participants will throw beads for the spectators.
A post-parade event will be hosted at the Haughty Heron, featuring festive food, drinks and live music by JB’s Zydecozoo.
